- Thorough Patient-Physician communication. During the house call visit physicians are unhurried so that patients have as much time as they need to get their questions answered. Patients continue to have direct telephone access to their house call doctor well after the initial encounter.

Fee Schedule
When we see patients in a private residence, we charge a service fee or “trip charge” of:
$95 on weekdays (M-F, 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.)
$125 for after hours service (M-F, 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
$150 for weekend and holiday service
$95 for Sports Physical (M-F, 6 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Pre-Employment Screenings (Call for Pricing)
Insurance companies do not reimburse our “service fee” because it is an administrative charge, not a fee for the physician’s professional services; therefore it is not considered “medically necessary” by Medicare. However, having our physician evaluate and treat an urgent problem in the patient’s room can spare everyone the ordeal of a trip to the emergency room, or even worse, and unnecessary hospitalization.
